SacAnime Winter 2012 welcomes guests Quinton Flynn and Tara Strong

SACRAMENTO, CA -- SacAnime is pleased to welcome voice actors Quinton Flynn and Tara Strong. Quinton and Tara will be appearing in addition to Vic Mignogna, Troy Baker and Ali Hillis at the convention, which will be held January 13 - 15, 2012 at the Radisson Hotel in Sacramento.

Quinton's voice has been burning up film and television since he first arrived in Los Angeles from his native Cleveland. As a voice actor, he has played such famous animated characters as Johnny Quest, Spiderman, Speed Racer, The Human Torch, Timon, and Snowbell in Stuart Little, just to name a few. His television and film appearances include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, King of Queens, Animaniacs, Woody Woodpecker, Robot Chicken, and many more.

His best known roles in video game franchises have been his work providing the English voices of Raiden in the Metal Gear Solid series, Axel in Kingdom Hearts II, and Reno in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children the motion picture. If you're hip to the anime scene you'll know him as Iruka-sensei and Deidara in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, Marcus Damon in Digimon Data Squad, and Carl in Blood+. He is well known in the industry for his skills as an impressionist and improvisationalist, having played the role of Paul McCartney and tested for NBC's Saturday Night Live and Comedy Network's The Daily Show.

Tara Strong has been a strong presence in the American voice acting scene since she was a teenager, credited in shows from The Care Bears to Fairly OddParents (Timmy Turner). Among her many roles, she has played Rikku in Final Fantasy X and X-2, Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls, Batgirl in Batman: The Animated Series, Raven in Teen Titans and Harley Quinn in Batman: Arkham City.

Quinton and Tara, along with Vic, Troy and Ali, will be participating in multiple panels, workshops and autograph sessions throughout the weekend.
